For 5½″ at this scale use 12.4 mm, 0.487″.
4′ 7½″ diam., 14 oval spokes, rectangular inner rim, 3½″ apparent tread.
Hub 15″ face dia., pin between at 10″, hub 2½″ out from the tyre.
