Based on P246, but modified for greater crank throw.

5′ 0″ diam., 16 rectangular spokes, rectangular inner rim, 4″ apparent tread.
Hub 3¼″ out from the tyre, pin in line at 12″.

Casting: 47.6 mm tread dia., i/d 41.2 mm, hub 2.6 mm out from the tyre. Pin at 9.5 mm.

Note: the sides of the hub are quite steep so it is also suitable for facing lower, such as at 0.8 mm out from the tyre.
