For other standards remove more or less metal from the back of the wheel to give your chosen tyre width.
6′ 1.2″ (1860 mm) diam., 18 rect spokes; rectangular inner rim, apparent tread 4″.
Hub 400 mm face dia, 25 mm out from the tyre, pin at 279 mm.
