For Scale7 remove more metal from the back of the wheel to give a tyre thickness of 3.2 mm instead of 3.5 mm.
5′ 2″ diam., 16 oval spokes, rectangular inner rim, 5¾″ tyre width, 4¼″ apparent tread.
Hub 14″ face dia., 1⅜″ out from the tyre, pin between at 10″.
Tyre width for scale models: 4.56 mm.
