For Scale7 remove more metal from the back of the wheel to give a tyre thickness of 3.2 mm instead of 3.5 mm.
6′ 8″ diam., 20 spokes, rectangular inner rim, apparent tread 4¾″, tyre thickness 5⅜″.
Hub 21″ face dia., pin between at 13″, hub is level with the tyre.
