Part of the Norfolk Broads on the north bank of the River Yare. This site is known for its colony of Swallowtail Butterflies.

Personal sightings:

25 June 2013. TG3306. Mostly sunny, mid-late morning. 1 Large Skipper, 2 Swallowtails, 1 Small White, 1 Red Admiral, 1 Small Tortoiseshell, 1 Speckled Wood.
25 June 2013. TG3406. 1 Swallowtail (flower bed by the entrance.)
